My licence is 3 years out of date. Do I owe 3 years?
No. Renewal adds 1 year to your serial from the day of purchase.
I'm on a subscription. Do I need this?
No. Subscriptions get the latest version for as long as the subscription is active.
I have a Personal licence. Do I need this?
No. Personal licences upgrade free, forever.
What if I don't renew?
That's ok. Your lifetime licence is yours forever and you can continue using any version released on or prior to the end of your upgrade period.
Where can I download previous versions?
Login. Once logged in, click on one of your serials and you'll find a dropdown of all versions compatible with your renewal period.
